Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
